An ideal juice to avoid fatigue and to control appetite between meals. Take it in the middle of the afternoon and you won’t be hungry until dinner time. To prepare it we need these ingredients: almond milk (200 ml), 6 natural almonds (let them soak for 8 hours), half a banana, 1 teaspoon of agave syrup, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder, vanilla extract. We place all the ingredients in the blender, with a little water, until the desired texture is achieved.
